 Andreas Ramos
Andreas was one of the first to pass the Google Adwords Expert Certification. He manages PPC campaigns in Asia, Europe, and South America. He wrote Hands-on Web Design, one of the first books on web design, in 1996. He has written four more books, incl. Insider SEO. He has worked at more than twenty-five Silicon Valley companies, including SUN Microsystems, SGI, Brio, and Dialpad.com. He was the webmaster for a dotcom that grew at over one million users per month for more than a year. He was national chair of the NWU's BizTech Division for more than ten years.
Andreas earned his postgraduate degree at the Universität Heidelberg in Germany. In Denmark, he started a hardware/software company and built a distribution chain throughout Europe. After fifteen years in Europe, he speaks four languages fluently. He lives in Palo Alto, California.
 Stephanie Cota
Stephanie Cota develops fully-trackable lead and sales generation systems with on her background in ecommerce, business, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and web analytics. Stephanie has worked with a number of companies in both the Bay Area and Southern California. She has a degree in Ecommerce Management from San Jose State University. In 2004, she got her Microsoft SQL Database Development Certificate.
Stephanie's speaking engagements and interviews include the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), The World Journal, a writer's event in Vienna Austria, and the Strategic Web Marketing seminar. Stephanie Cota started CCG in 1999. She also lives in Palo Alto.
 Andreas Ramos and Stephanie Cota are co-founders of Position2.com, a Google-certified agency in Silicon Valley. In early 2006, we acquired a 30-person company in Bangalore, India and grew it to +55 staff employees with offices in Silicon Valley, Bangalore, and Bombay with a valuation over $15m.
